Residential Moves
|
|
LOCAL MOVE: A
local move is when one moves within 100 miles of their current
residence. Charges are based on an hourly rate for a truck and two
movers, plus an hourly rate for each mover. If you have 1-3 rooms,
usually a truck and two movers can complete the job. However, if you
live in an apartment above the first floor, additional movers maybe
required, or if the residence exceeds 3 rooms, additional movers maybe
required.
|
INTRASTATE MOVE: An Intrastate move is when one moves over 100 miles of their current residence, but within your own state.
The Rates are based on the actual weight of your shipment and of miles
traveled. Stairways on the outside, long carries, elevators and
possible shuttle truck situations, these may add additional costs to
your move.

INTERSTATE MOVE: An
Interstate move is a move within the continental United States. Rates
are based on miles traveled and actual weight of your shipment.
